A customer recently called in to state that her drains were clogged on her new kitchen sink.  Before our technician had arrived at her house, she discovered that the sink's basket strainers were covered with a plastic liner, causing the stoppage.  Her diligence and investigation saved her the cost of a plumber's visit.  Always be sure to investigate newly installed items to make sure any labels are removed, locks are unlocked and switches are turned on!
